If you haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, and you believe your package to be lost, stolen, or delayed, contact the owner via email (info@kakesbykie.com). Up to a 50% refund will be given.

Canceled orders after 5 days’ placement will have to pay a cancellation fee of 20%. Any canceled orders after the 5 days will not be eligible for refund.

At this time, we are only shipping statewide (Georgia), with standard 1-3-day shipping. Once you place your order, you'll receive an email that contains your order number and tracking info.

This is a one woman ran business, so all orders will be processed and shipped on a pre-ordering bases. Which means each month there will one date posted where All cookies will be shipped out at once!

Our cookies are at their best and freshest state up to 2-3 days after they arrive in the mail.

They can be enjoyed at room temperature, or placed in the microwave for 5-10 seconds if you prefer them a bit warmer!

To help keep them as fresh as possible, leave them in their packaging until ready to eat.
