**Cake Taster's Club Terms of Service**

Welcome to the Cake Taster’s Club! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure the best experience possible.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us directly via email or phone, and we will work with you personally to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

While we take care to list common allergens in our cakes and treats, it is your responsibility to review the ingredients carefully. If you or someone in your household has a known food allergy, please notify us of potential allergens in advance.
However, you are responsible for managing your own allergies and making decisions based on the ingredients provided. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy, so cross-contamination is possible

Your cake will be available for pick-up on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of the month, depending on the date posted for that month.
Pick-up location: Tucker, GA. Exact details will be provided with your order confirmation.
You are responsible for picking up your order in a timely manner on the designated date. We recommend setting a reminder so you don’t miss the pick-up window.
If you fail to pick up your order, we cannot guarantee freshness or quality if it is stored for an extended period. No refunds will be issued for missed pick-ups.

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our cakes, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted once your order is placed.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., kitchen emergency, illness), you will be notified immediately and issued a refund or given the option to transfer your order to the next available Cake Club month.

We take pride in the quality of our cakes and strive to provide only the best to our customers. Should there be any issue with your cake that affects its quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will address your concerns accordingly.

The price for each month’s Cake Club is $45, which includes a freshly handcrafted mini cake.
Payment is due upon placing your order. Only orders that are fully paid will be confirmed and reserved.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Any price adjustments will be reflected on the order form for the following month.

The Cake Club is limited to 10 members per month. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all spots are filled, orders will no longer be accepted for that month.
If you do not secure a spot in time, you can try again the following month.

The Cake Club flavor and design are set each month and cannot be modified or customized. Part of the fun is receiving a surprise, creative flavor chosen just for that month!
We do not accommodate flavor preferences or substitutions, so please review the monthly flavor before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or cancel an order if we believe there has been any violation of these terms or if a customer is disrespectful or abusive in any manner.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service.
You also agree to release the Cake Club and its owners from any liability arising from food allergies, missed pick-ups, or other issues that may arise outside of our control.

Continuing to place the order means you accept these terms and conditions.
